Congratulations to senior Lauren Kettlewell for winning the FHSAA Class 1A Tennis Singles State Championship! Lauren defeated the defending champion in straight sets, winning 6-3, 7-5 to earn the title.  Lauren becomes the first-ever individual athletic State Champion in DSA history.  Congratulations to Lauren, her coaches, and her family. To God be the Glory! Let’s Go, Sharks! 

In doubles action, Lauren Kettlewell and Anabella Parente battled hard in yesterday’s FHSAA 1A Tennis State Doubles Championship. After falling in the first set 3-6, they responded brilliantly, winning the second set 6-3. The final set was extremely tight and eventually went to the doubles team from True North 11-9. Taking 2nd place in the State Tournament is a tremendous accomplishment. Congratulations again to Lauren and Anabella – their coaches, teammates, and family. Thank you for representing Divine Savior proudly.
