The varsity volleyball team announced this past week that Isabella Mendoza and Isabel Macia will serve as this year’s captains. Isabella and Isabel were voted into these positions by their teammates and coaches. Both seniors were captains last year during the COVID shortened 2020 season.

Mendoza is a talented starting outside hitter for the Sharks and has held that position in the program ever since her 8th-grade year. Macia is also an excellent player for Divine Savior and is one of the starting setters this season.

Isabel has been a starting setter with the Sharks since her 8th-grade year as well. Isabella and Isabel provide a lot of leadership along with several of the other ten seniors. Congratulations to both Isabella Mendoza and Isabel Macia on their selection!
