The sport where silence speaks volumes. Recently, our DSA golf athletes competed in the Maverick Invitational hosted by Archbishop McCarthy. The boys team walked away with a 2nd place finish. Senior leaders Daniel Vanososte and Ignacio Asin excelled as individuals. Daniel shot one-under par, dominating the competition and taking 1st place. Ignacio shot 1-over par placing 3rd. Daniel Vanososte states, “It felt great to have such a successful match…my teammates are a huge part of it. I am looking forward to see where our talents will take us this season.” So far it has been a phenomenal season for our golfers. They are representing DSA and God in such a great way.
