The Varsity boys cross-country team represented DSA on Saturday, November 16, at the Class 1A State cross-country meet in Tallahassee. The team advanced to State by finishing 6th at Regionals. At the State meet, the team finished in 22nd place and Senior Mateo Sotelo finished in 15th out of 234 runners. He earned a spot on the podium and individual recognition.

On Tuesday, November 12, 8th grader Stella Lind represented DSA at the Class 1A Girls State Golf Tournament. Her regular season 9-hole average of 35.2 was a key factor in earning an at-large qualifier bid for State. Stella finished her two-round total with a score of 159, earning a top-70 finish at the tournament.
