In order to participate in any FHSAA-sponsored middle school or high school sport, each student-athlete must complete the EL2 and EL3 forms every year. The forms may be picked up in either office on campus, or you can use the following links from the FHSAA website to access the forms. Both forms are good for one calendar year.
