JV Volleyball Update: Tournament and Home Game

The JV lady Sharks were in action last Friday at Westminster Christian for their first tournament of the season. The Sharks battled to win both pool play games in three set matches. The lady Sharks seeded 1st in their pool after pool play, and played Westminster Christian in the championship. Although the match was hard fought, the Sharks didn’t have enough gas in the tank to pull off the victory.

The Sharks were back in action tonight in the Shark Tank against Archbishop Carroll.  Strong serving propelled the Sharks to a hot start. Right out of the gate the Sharks served 12 in a row. Additional serving runs pushed the Sharks to a two-set win with scores of 25-4 and 25-3.
Catch the JV squad at home again on Thursday at 5:30 against Florida Christian.
