The JV volleyball team hit the road for the first time this season. The JV lady Sharks faced the Carrollton Cyclones in their first away matchup. Strong serving and aggressive hitting were keys to the Sharks’ success. Multiple players went on serving runs including Sara Arango, Vicky Gutierrez, and Liz Aramburu. The Sharks came home with a dominant victory, winning 25-11 and 25-13 in both sets. The girls will take a few days off before they face their next opponent on September 1st at American Heritage.
