The DSA Varsity Boys Basketball Team played their fifth game of the season -their second at home- December 7, defeating Hebrew Academy by a score of 85-42. The Sharks won each of the four quarters 18-9, 27-16, 15-9, and 25-8, to finish the game with a 43-point win and remain undefeated thus far with five victories and no losses.Senior Xavier Castillo led all scorers once again with 23 points, nearly matched by Junior James Tejada who scored 21 points, making 6 of 10 three-pointers.

The Sharks, ranked this week #15 by Miami-Dade Basketball, play their next game at SLAM, Tuesday, December 14, 6 pm. DSA will play in the Skyline Invitational Tournament versus #12 North Miami Senior High School in the first of three games this week.
