The Divine Savior Academy Sharks are taking a road trip to face off against the Don Soffer Aventura Barracuda at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Divine Savior Academy will be strutting in after a win while Don Soffer Aventura will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, Divine Savior Academy got the win against Somerset Academy by a conclusive 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Sharks.

Divine Savior Academy was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-16, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Don Soffer Aventura lost 3-0 to Monsignor Pace on Tuesday. The Barracuda haven’t had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they’ve met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-9, 25-16.

Having lost for the first time this season, Don Soffer Aventura fell to 2-1. As for Divine Savior Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Divine Savior Academy got the ‘W’ in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 against Don Soffer Aventura by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Sharks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Barracuda turn the tables on them? We’ll have the answer soon enough.
